Polka Dots & Stripes...

This is another one of my favorite cards.
I love the colors: Tempting Turquoise, Real Red, Yoyo Yellow & Green Galore.
I made the striped background by laying post-it notes at desired widths on white card stock and sponged in between. You can make the stripes any width you want and at any angle.
The small line stripes are made with the SU! Matrkers.
The flowers were stamped on the card stock and then again on a post-it note. I cut out the post-it note flower, layed it over the one on the card stock then stamped the leaves over that. Be sure to press hard enough to allow for the extra layer of the post-it note.
This is called masking.
Flower brads were added along the side of the card.
(The left side looks blurry in the picture but it isn't on the actual card.)

Isn't it a cheerful card?!
